Training and develop officers are the first priority of Leadership. Company carried out types of training as follows: Professional Training : base on works’s request and evaluation result, Company analyse the demand of training and design professional training programes, coordinate with inside experts and outside experts (training organization ) for implementation. Management Training: similarly to professional training but attach special importance to officers whom depend on planning staff and was promoted to a higher position or rotation. Tutoring in works: perform regularly, due to Bloc/Department directly perform, experienced person tutor new staff. Regularly let officers attend seminars, trade fairs, abroad training courses with funding from the company or assistance of our partners and suppliers. In addition to internal training, company also supports the training of technician and operator to customers and company’s potential partners upon request.
